My name is Yesenia Chavan. I use to be stressed-out, overweight, unhappy, and desperate to live the ‘great life’ I dreamed of. There were many years that I lived as a victim of circumstance completely oblivious to the fact that I had the power to choose the kind of life I wanted to live.

One day, completely stressed-out by my situation, I made a decision to learn everything I could about inner peace, happiness, and taking control of my life. I devoured every book I could get my hands on and eagerly applied everything I learned to my life.

Slowly I started experiencing more peace, health, and happiness than I ever had before. For the first time in my life I felt that I was in complete control of my destiny. Life became an exciting, rich, beautiful playground that I couldn’t wait to enjoy every day. 

Now I’m on a mission to share what I’ve learned in a straight-forward, simple, to-the-point kind of way that will enable you to transform your life in a short amount of time. My goal with every book is to help you live the stress free, happy life you were meant to live.
